About the event
Come join us for a joyful morning of family yoga and a summer mindfulness craft with Katie Aissis from Sprouting Tree Yoga. Together, we will go on an imaginative summer-themed yoga journey as we connect, breathe, move, and play! Class will conclude with a creative mindfulness craft. This class is geared towards ages 2-5+ caregivers though ALL ages are always welcome! Registration is required.
